The business strives to make a real tangible difference to its clients, based upon a fair fee structure with acceptable terms. Meet the principle Directors
Paul has over 20 years of hotel management, asset management, financial, sales and marketing experience in the industry.
He has worked with Independent Hotels (managing a group of hotels for 11 years as Group Director), International Brands and has previously built a successful Independent Hotel Consortia Brand across the UK & Ireland, as well as setting up a SaaS yield management company. Paul has also assisted in the set up of a regulated investment fund for the development of branded budget hotels.
Tim has over 30 years of experience in the UK hotel sector working across all areas of operations and finance. His exposure to the industry covers most of the UK’s key destinations and a very wide range of size, style and standard of hotels. Having run one of the UK’s larger independent hotel groups for 7 years and spent the last 5 years helping smaller independents, he has intimate knowledge of the challenges faced by hotel owners in today’s complex and ever-changing industry.
